What’s in a Name?

The name Peaceful Shore Therapy comes from

the calming effect water has on many of us.

Lakes at Sunset, Beach Waves, Floating Down a River, Bubble Baths

Water creates peace and relaxation almost instantly. In therapy, we would like

to help you to find that peaceful feeling that you are seeking. 

Shores represent safety and stability.

In hard times we can feel overwhelmed, lost, or unsafe.

This might feel like being in a storm and not knowing where the shore is.

THERAPY CAN HELP BY:

  • Serving as a guide to help you find your shore
  • Providing tools to help you hang on through storms in your life
  • Build your resilience, resources, and skills to face future storms
